Riggs would be a huge get, im saying he will be a VOL! We need some dbs for this class, while UF has the top 2 safties, and are already loaded in the Sec.

I agree. Out of all the guys we are up against Florida for, I think we have the best shot at Riggs. UT is the only school he hasn't visited yet in his top 5, his brother was a Vol, we have one of his teammates already committed, and he said we are really making a push for him now. We might even be his #2 at this point. He knows he will be the only CB that the Vols take this year as well...

I think he'll be the last CB we'll take unless we get Joyner, which has become a major possibility as of late.

Oh and Vader, TOSU is no longer #2 for Joyner, we've unseated them.

GOD I cant stand UF. Im ready to see Tebow leave once and for all. Tennessee will be relevant once again and be able to compete with the gators on a reg basis. Just hope Gerald can lure Cody!

How does Tebow leaving make the Vols relevant again?

I find it amusing that some of you are under the illusion that when Tebow leaves the other 84 athletes on scholarship are going to start sucking.

I am pretty sure he meant those as (2) seperate occurrences. No half-way knowledgeable football fan thinks that just because Tebow leaves that UF is going to automatically revert to pre-1990's form. Next year and beyond UT will be back at the level that we can compete with and win against UF.....I am pretty sure thats what he meant (at least I hope so).

When Tebow leaves, your whole offense is going to change. Brantley is good, but hes still nowhere close to Tebow and the skill sets are so far apart.

Plus you're losing a crap ton of your defense.

Florida is gonna take a huge step back after this season.

Yeah, we're going to run with the QB less, which isn't necessarily an issue.

Brantley is good, but nobody, including Gator fans know how he's going to do when he takes over. Being the optimist that I am, I think he'll turn the ball over more, but he'll rack up a lot more passing yards. The ball will be spread around a lot better.

We'll skip a beat, meaning we wont win the SEC nor a NC next year, but we still have a solid chance to win the East. We'll remain one of the most talented teams in the SEC, and a National power.

You are his leader, but it is not a major lead. He has changed leaders 4 or 5 times in 3 months. Now, I know you're going to throw out something saying he is a heavy lean to the Gators, I don't care. He isn't. Any guy who keeps changing leaders isn't a heavy lean anywhere...

Riggs will not be a Gator due to their number constraints and their other needs. The only way he is a Gator is if Demar Dorsey decommits and if that happens then Riggs will be a Gator.
