When all is said and done I'll be shocked if he ends up at Penn State. Since he's only a commitment he has plenty of time to make up his mind unlike the current guys on the roster.

That said, why would anyone think Tennessee would have a chance with Sickels? They didn't even make his Final 5 a few months ago when he was making his college choice.

I dont know what it is. But he's visited Tennessee a few times, has a sister here and yet they weren't in his final 5 just a few months ago, so I dont see where the realistic chances with him would be coming from. I'd think the other 4 finalists would stand the best chance with him if he were to re-open his recruitment.

They were a lock for final 5 before Sirmon left... There was a quote by Sickels that said he hadn't talked to Sal and that was in Feb I believe...

This was a recruit that the changeover really affected a decision...

Is Fortt one of the guys that's come out and said he's staying at Penn St?

Think issue is "experience" of depth. IMO we've got some "bodies" who are going to develop into solid talent and do believe Sal will also be somewhat creative with schemes to take advantage of what we have. Fortt wud be nice but he's been one of the guys most vocal on staying. My understanding these guys have a whole year to transfer without penalty of sitting out.
