Ladies and Gents, I believe we've spotted this individual, and have confirmed his identity:

If you see him, notify the authorities and do not attempt to apprehend him. He may be dangerous. :)

"On the recruiting front and the saga that is quarterback recruiting. First of all as for the Jesse Scroggins unofficial visit rumors, those are not true. Scroggins is finishing up his seven on seven camp, then is traveling home to wash his clothes and head back out to the Elite 11 camp that starts on Monday, July 20th. The feeling from most “experts” is and has been USC, but Scroggins has not offered hints and neither has his father. According to his father, his lone message to his son was to take his time to make the decision and to not let anyone pressure him into announcing at any particular time."

This was the only thing on Scroggins in the War Room.

One other Tennessee attraction I hope is not lost on Jesse, is this is Moozic Country, dang-it :

Jesse's AIM status= "Sleep, maybe... my mind is set... take it all in, and ball hard. We gotta win to stay alive.

Are you talking about a regional camp or the actual Elite 11 camp held in CA?

here is what it says

UT

Casey Clausen, 1999; John Rattay, 1999; Jonathan Crompton, 2004

USC
Matt Cassel, 1999; Matt Leinart, 2000; Billy Hart, 2000; John David Booty, 2003; Mark Sanchez, 2004;
____________________________________________

Mitch Mustain, 2005*; Aarod Corp, 2006

Pete has such a great defensive mind. Although I don't think he's at Monte Kiffin's level, it has been a real hallmark of his success at SC. The other genius he has is to get someone with an extraordinary offensive mind on his coaching staff. I have to tip my hat to him on both counts.

Concerning the SC QBs, could you tell me which were not CLK's recruits or players he developed? I'm thinking maybe Corps... and, of course, Mustain (who was a transfer). I'm not sure about who gets credit for Sanchez's recruiting and development. Barkley should have been at the camp right? Why wasn't he?

Also, how did he get Mustain to transfer to find nowhere better than the bench as his new home in college football? Did he not evaluate Mustain well, not develop him well, or is it just that he brings in better players behind his QBs?

Coach Kiffin is going to be gone to his brother's wedding this weekend according to his twitter post...if that's the case, that should put to rest any thoughts of a visit this weekend - if Hubbs' statements hadn't already done that for you....

BLOODRUNZORANGE:
Please do not send him IMs as your spelling will scare the hell out of him regarding the type of education he will get in TN. I don't think JS wants to be recruited by Rickey Bobby. I know you mean well, but PLEASE leave him alone.

So many conficting reports out there. One earlier said that UF was out.

Here's how I think it's going down. Correct me or disagree please. That's what we need to do to figure this out.

Bailey has known for a long time he was going to USC and he wants Jesse to go with him. Jesse had an amazing trip to see the Vols and was all set to commit to us. They he went to the Rising stars camp, had a lot of fun (Let me point out here that on visits, they really do push you toward committing at the end of the visit. They all do that and they make it hard to say no. Note that Jesse is one of those guys that let's the visit buzz get to him a little bit, it happened in Washington, not really at Florida, and it happened here. I'm sure the same thing happened at SC. The SC choice is an emotional one, the UT choice is a practical one. That's what he's tied up with at the moment. I do hope that visit happens and I think it will because I promise you he will leave a Vol. He won't see Florida though. I really do think they are out of it.

scroggins has been playing the recruiting game. They (family) knew all along what he was going to do in the end and he has just been taking trips, enjoying the process and seeing places IMO.

Same game Stone is playing but he ends up in Knoxville.

distance will win out vast majority of time. distance not a huge issue for those that have the $$ to travel but for those without, close to home better option in their minds

Bailey's decision without Scroggins, could be spinned about a dozen ways. Truth is, about half of them make sense, if you listen to them lomg enough.

the one thing I truly have noticed about the bunch on this site, they sure try to disect these things a hundred different ways. 80% of the prospects can be read from the get go. It is not near as complicated as many here try to make it.

It is mostly black and white to the prospects. If their school offers, that is it. Nothing else is a consideration whatsoever.

Distance wins out far more than it loses. Close to family, girl friends, high school friends, high school team mates and HOME is a far bigger priority than ANY other thing.
