I sure wish his Dad was in our corner...

Unfortunately, watching your son play in person is something that most parents really want to do with their son. Plus, with the financial burdens that are happening right now, who could really blame him for wanting his son to stay close to home. Is it necessarily the best for Jesse, who knows, but sometimes family outweighs playing time.

Yeah, I was really enjoying my back read until about 30 posts back, and then I saw the fallout.

I hope when he makes that final decision its his, and not his dads. Just sayin.

Lol, everyone, including me has been on this thread to much. We should all take a break from this thread and come back on the 25th.

Here are the 8 teams that will be competing in the 7-on-7 competition in Portand on the 15th. This thing is gonna be loaded with talent...

Pahokee (Fla.)
Miami Northwestern (Fla.)
DeSoto (Texas)
Dallas Skyline (Texas)
Lakewood (Calif.)
Gardena Serra (Calif.)
Gainesville (Ga.)
James F. Byrnes (S.C.)

Would be nice if we had a player or two for those teams committed to us to work on recruiting a few more for UT.(Jesse and others)

4 min. interview, and the only school that was really discussed was UT.

Interesting.

I get the feeling from this interview, that he feels UT is pushing harder to get him than the other 2. That includes our rabid fanbase.

But the reporter mentioned UT. Not Jesse. I think the kid did a good job researching his story.

After he was asked, he said alot about UT and why wouldn't he. As much as I would like to see him on the hill, I think he will pick USC.

Fingers crossed....

True, but some of these interviews you hear with these recruits start like that, but they soon make remarks on the other leaders. Not sure he is coming here either, but I thought it was odd he did not say anything about the other 2. If not just to keep everybody out of the loop.

But being a "local reporter" it seems if he (the reporter) thought Jesse was going to USC he would have steered the interview in that general direction! But thats just my optomistic outlook!

Im a first time poster, even though I been browsing through threads on this website for some time now.

I was just wondering what percentage of a chance yall give us for landing JS.
