Do you realise that if Scroggins goes to floridated that Urbie beats us just like in a real game ,the same with usc. This is more than you can comprehend. It's The war behind the lines. this is bigger than the 2009 season. it's bigger than the war in iraq. it's bigger than sloppy joes. it's bigger than animal house, or the beatles. it's bigger than knowing how to spell corectoly. This will go down in the anals of conflict as a war that changed tennessee football for ever.

The only thing that is sticking in my head is his quote last week about how USC was getting in on him a little late.

And yes, I am reading a lot into everything he does, but I like doing it. It is entertaining to me.

No. I don't find anything strange about him playing through an injury that he would have been able to play through on game day to earn an offer that he really wanted to earn. He's a Southern California kid. He wanted an offer from USC.

I'm at 65% we get Scroggins right now. I think he made his mind up when he was in Knoxville. It certainly sounded good from his comments. I'd say Florida has about a 10% chance at landing him because he just came from there and by all indications liked UT better. 25% chance he goes to USC. Like Scroggins said himself: they kind of waited and this thing is almost over now. The kid wants to play. He doesn't want to sit behind Barkley and Corp his entire career. Eric keeps bringing up Matt Cassel in our conversations. Yeah, Cassel never played for USC and still ended up in a pretty good NFL situation, but Scroggins does not want to be Matt Cassel. He wants to be Peyton Manning. The kid wants to play. He will play here.

And he wasn't healthy at the camp. He was still dinged up. He did just enough to earn a scholly while he was there. I think you're reading more into the injury than needs be.

I got it, anyone watch Bones?, winner announces in thread that the other is King of the Recruiting forum and puts it under there name for the season.

I think you were 75% in another post so now i'm getting depressed. 65% is still good and i hope he comes to the hill cause i'm so tired of all of this .Sab i just realized that fath is the substance of things hoped for the evedence of things not seen. As they say in texas holdem i'm all in. I believe he's all vol because i believe in the coaching staff and there ability to get him.

Winner would catch way too much flak for that. A sig bet maybe? I'll craft the sig either way, loser wears it for a month.

I was 75%. 65% is just as good IMO because it's a better chance than anyone else has. 55% still means we get him.

If a recruit is worried about what players might be recruited at his position in future years than I don't want him. You think USC isn't going to sign the next 5* QB that wants to go there?? Most schools sign a QB every year. That's not going to stop.

If Eric agrees sure. I still think King of the recruiting forum is cool but that is cuz it is a reference to the show Bones.


These next couple weeks are going to be tense until we get the word.
