the poster on VQ is incorrect. that is never said in the article. my quote from the original post of the thread is from the article he is referencing. Tennessee is in good shape, but Scroggins has not publicly declared Tennessee his leader.

I don't think he'd start at USC. Matt Barkley will start 3-4 years there. You've got to look at it. He'll redshirt this year and probably start next year. Scroggins would really be on the pine there.

I agree but USC seems to be able to overcome that every season. Im afraid we are still going to loose him to USC.

He has said he would like to play early, UT and even UF (with Brantley being a Jr) offer a better chance to play early than USC.
Hope I am wrong he seems like a good kid.

Tn is the best scenario for PT probably in the nation....I doubt any other D1 school has 2 schooly qb's on roster with one being a sr and one a jr.....If PT is a big part of his decision then he is a vol.

I hope that turns out to be true but he hasn't finished his camps yet at any of the schools so things may change especially for USC.

I think that article was debunked. I believe they have yet to offer a QB in this class.

Scroggins will be at UF on the 16th, 17th, and the morning of the 18th. He will be at UT for the evening of the 18th, 19th, and 20th. Then he is heading back to Cali and camping at USC on the 22nd...
