I don't remember his name. He's like a 6'4 to 6'6 WR from the western part of the state. He didn't have many catches last season and wasn't in any databases the last time I checked. He's a 2010 guy as well.

There is a BIG TIME rumor on Scout right now that Scroggins might be a Vol...

Jesse Scroggins didnt work out too much apparently, but I heard he and his parents were getting the royal treatment. Tennessee is really putting a lot of eggs in that basket, but word is after this weekend is that they feel confident. Now that does not mean anything is done, but Tennessee likes its chances right now.

Scroggins may have just chosen to be a Vol. Rumors from witnesses are indicating that Scroggins put on a Vol cap and was seen immediately hugging the Vol coaching staff. If appearances count,he may be a Vol.
