I don't see how the master of the spread option telling a recruit he's not going to be running the spread option would do anything other than repel him. That's about the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

That just seems like a really dumb lie. "Hey man, if you come here I promise to try to do some stuff I have no idea how to do and have never had any success doing."

I'd tell him we're going to keep doing the exact same thing we've been doing, which is earning 2 National Championships for my first recruiting class and setting ourselves up for a run at #3.

I remember reading where he told a recruit he was recruiting Tebow to be a LB. The man is slick. Thing is, most bets are off anyway when a recruit gets to campus, but the whole switching to a more pro-style offense is a bit a of stretch at best.

Yea that's different, I can't help that he wants to birth Hendrix's children. I think Sab knows when I'm joking. But just so everyone else knows, when I make gay references to anyone or talk bad about Sab's sigs (or your offer list eric), I am joking...

I certainly do, but you know that, Vader II. We rib each other and some think we are going at each other's throats, but it's all in fun.
