JS could be the second coming of Manning and the coaches would still try and snare another 5* QB next year. its just there mentality, to always go for the best. but youre right, UF and SC especially will go after a different and more sought after QB than JS next year. i know we will too, but its still in his best interest to come to UT. if he does see playing time he will already have a head start. even if he doesnt he would have a year of practice and familiarity with the system that the incoming freshman will not. i see him as the starter for years to come regardless if we recruit a high rated QB (by our coaches, not rivals :p), unless there really IS a second coming of Manning in the next class.

NO. clearly UT is his favorite. its is in the middle, for everyone to see. its like the podium for first (gold) in the center, second (silver) down to the right, and third (bronze) even farther down to the left. just put your 3-D glasses on guys :crazy:

Question......and No, I am not going to look back through 437 pages for the answer.....what is the website for USC's version of VolNation? Any interesting posts about JS on their site?

I'm still not completely sold on Scroggins to USC. Our coaches are still confident. Jesse could be stringing them on, but I know they feel good about landing him.

Scroggins is going to USC.
Personally I doubt he ever starts at QB there but that is where he will go.
People need to keep in mind that this senior class for QB's is way down compared to past classes. Outside of Heaps there is a huge dropoff.
USC will rather easily, in my opinion, recruit over Scroggins at the QB position in the next 1-2 classes.

Maybe but he is taking a much greater risk at USC in comparison. Based on previous history USC has had a lot better success landing Elite QB's compared to Tennessee.

At USC I would give him about a 10% chance of ever starting at some point in his career. At Tennessee I would say it is closer to a 60% chance.
