Oh. I wouldn't have used so much sarcasm if I knew I was talking to Sheldon. My B.So a guy trying to use the Clemson vs GA Southern score, as a defense of UT only managing 24 points against UTEP, wants to call me dumb? Lol.

It has nothing to do with Clemson. It has everything to do with it being stupid to interpret the score of blowout wins against teams with big talent gaps. Sorry. I should have said that at the beginning for you buddy.
I recall, a lot of idiots giving jones a pass for everything, one of their favorite observations, "We have so many injuries....". Now, when you're way ahead, and dominating, it is a good time to play a conservative game-don't risk injuries when the game is virtually won is Good coaching. We're going to need every starter healthy next week, and for the rest of season. Complaining about a 24-0 win is strange-enjoy the win. Save your complaints for when we don't skunk another team!
The long and short answer: NO; however, when you're way ahead, your opponent hasn't and can't seem to score, then sticking to play calling, that historically, have the fewest injuries- makes sense. It just so happens in our case, today this only resulted in a 24-0 win. I'd like to have seen a 145-0 win, but it didn't happen. In the end, I was only worried about a win-as I didn't have any money riding on the spread. Regarding Pruitt's genius moves, just about everything his does, when compared to boy butch, makes Coach Pruitt look like a Genius. So your theory for only managing 4 scoring drives against UTEP, is that it was a purposeful genius move by Pruitt to keep the offense healthy?
Saying we aren't as good as Clemson is spinning now? Alright.
We won in a blowout against a bad team and you're trying to extrapolate SEC games from it. It's the stupidest thing CFB fans do. Clemson fans won't do that because they don't have battered puppy syndrome and chicken little over nothing.
