Lunardi is such a joke. Apparently he still has Vols behind Alabama and in Duke’s bracket in Cleveland. That is outrageous if we are behind a team we beat and three other lost before us by over 20 points.

Golden gave us some bulletin board material.
I think we secured a 1-seed today," Golden said after Florida finished its 104-82 bludgeoning of Alabama in the semifinals. "That's my opinion. We're second on KenPom right now, beat Bama twice, beat Auburn at Auburn. I don't really think it's a debate regardless of the results tomorrow."

The teams competing for the last #1 seed are Florida and Tennessee.

The locks for #1 seeds are Duke, Houston and St. John's. The others rank in front of us all lost today- Auburn, Alabama, and Michigan State. Florida and Tennessee are the only ones left. This is historic.

Why is he a joke? He is not telling you what he thinks SHOULD happen, his job is to make the best guess at what WILL happen.

I'm already sick of the Cooper Flagg excuses him being out.... If Louisville beats them, and we win, how the hell is Duke over us? We beat Florida without 2 starters... Media won't ever talk about that game

Very much doubt St Johns as a #1, They are 13th NET and 14th BPI. This is not old school AP college football, Auburn will unlikely drop because of a tournament loss to an at least #2 seed.

They would not be in same region but first two rounds are regionalized.auburn would be in south bracket and Vols in Midwest or West Bracket. Vols pretty much know they are going to Lexington now.
