Brian Williams' put back just named top play on Sports Center. I was suprised they put it there seeing as how they all said a foul should have been called. Guy has really stepped it up the last few games and actually started playing as an effective big guy, instead of a half hibernating grizzly bear. Keep up the good work Mr. Williams.

Before you get too excited about ESPN liking us.. take a look at the highlights on their website: Tennessee Wins At The Buzzer - ESPN Video - ESPN

Listen to the part about the last play.. he was basically complaining about the refs. Oh well we won fair and square.. if refs never made mistakes we would have been 8 wins in football last year.

Personally i felt like it was a clean play. I thought there was seperation between their bodies. The other fella just couldn't drop the ball down to protect it. I will say if Brian didn't rip it out of there sooner it would have been a jump ball situation which would have been slotted to after tip of overtime.

I heard a couple of people on ESPN say it was a good no call at that point in the game. If the defender puts a body on BW we go into overtime

I thought it was a good no call. Over the back is usually called when the player on the back impedes the front players ability to jump or go for the ball. It looked to me that BDubb just got lucky and the ball literally landed in his hands. I know he doesnt have much of a vertical anyway but his feet never really left the ground. Plus he fell backwards (away from the rim) during the shot. He never really went that far "over the back".

As far as ESPN goes, as soon as we start really winning in Fball, they will be infatuated with us again. Mark my words.

ESPN loves scandal b/c of the ratings. They have feasted on us b/c we are scandalous right now. Its only gonna get worse until we win alot again.

I've always wondered what it felt like to "get the call" at the end of a tight game.

Now I know.

And I still feel a little dirty.
