Now follow me here, I have been an avid Fulmer fan for years. Even after 2005 I stood by his side. After going to the game on Saturday I have come to the conclusion that it is time to part ways. I appreciate all Fulmer has done for us. The Fulmer years were great. They are now over.

My solution:
Chris Petersen from Boise State.
we can pay him more and he is a great coach.
Look at what he has done.
With our recruiting imagine the possibilities.

I think Chris Petersen should definitley be considered. I personally can not think of anyone any better. I am not drinking Skip Holtz Kool-Aid just yet. I have not been impressed with him until recently and they blew it against a bad NC State team Saturday.

Thing is, Fulmer has to leave first, and I will believe it when I see it.

Steve Sarkesian is top 3 on my list. I'd put Jim Harborough(sp) up there, as well as South Florida's coach who's name escapes me right now. Butch Davis would be at the top of my list as well.

Peterson would bring some serious excitement here for sure....Actually We can afford any damn body we want...It's just making the RIGHT choice.

just don't think that would happen. he has it made at USF.

He is not making that much compared to what he could make. Their facilities are not exactly first class either. Money talks.... Offer him enough, it would be like taking candy from a baby.

Jim Leavitt. Started with Bill Snyder at K State. Coached with Mangino, Kansas HC, Bob Stoops, OKy HC, and Mike Stoops, Arizona or Ariz State HC. Very firey, but mentored will under Snyder. He knows how to build from scratch. USF cannot feed his ego enough to stay there forever. He could be money whipped out of USF to almost any big program, IMO.

Leavitt doesn't have to lift a finger in recruiting, guys that can't go to UF, UM, FSU fall in his lap. Plus, it's South Florida.

Actually its CENTRAL florida...They still get pretty cold up there in the winter unlike the Miami/Key West area...I know its hard to understand but there is a major difference in weather here than there...Give you an example, I've seen it 35 degrees in Tampa and it would still be 70 degrees in Miami...Odd huh? :) And people wonder why I live here :p
