I'll take a 1-2 record under this staff any day over the same old stuff we're used to seeing. I can't believe I'm so pumped with a 1-2 record, but it just speaks volumes as to where we're heading under Kiffin- STRAIGHT TO THE TOP!!!!!

We started off 1-2 in 2007. That was supposedly an "up" year under the previous regime.

I'll take 6 wins under this staff this year. Note to SEC: get your hits in this year, because next year, its LIGHTS OUT.

i hope the recruits there saw how tennessee will NEVER back down to a challenge. 64-14 where did that go to gators. best team my but.

Im kinda with you...i cant believe how excited i am over 1-2..but at the same time...its so refreshing to see UT as the talk of the nation now. Kiffen has really done this program good so far...now lets get through this year...get some more big recruits in here...and lets get back on top of the football world like we should be...

I know i wonder how many we pick up after this weekend. man i have never been excited after a loss. we will be back .500 this saturday.

You cannot be honest if you do not see improvement from last year to this year. I mean, its eay to say the record is the same, but any honest assessment sees a big big difference.

X 10. Yes, we did an amazing job holding the gators in check (relatively). But we beat WKU (a.k.a scrimmage game), lost to UCLA in Knoxville which is pretty bad and dropped our first SEC game. I did like Kiffin's post game comment which amounts to "losing sucks". :)

Tremendous difference and a lot of potential. I'm hopeful that CLK will find a way to utilize that in the near future.

Why? I think UCLA is a decent team. Do you not think they came to play? I agree that we should have won, but seriously, look at it objectively. UCLA will be a decent team this year.

Guys USC went down and UCLA may be one of the better teams in the PAc-10 hopefully we have tasted defeat for the last time this year!
