it might just be me, but is the new overhauled playbooks just on 360 or something? because i tried tulsa's and didn't see that 3stacked WR's formation

i dunno maybe i'm thinking of the wrong team

I hate the "full house" formation in the UT offense. When's the last time we used something like that?

I hadn't thought of using Florida's offense, but I've used South Carolina's some. It isn't very tactical, but I like running those tackles out with the split ends.

I use USC's playbook more than anything. I like the versatility it offers. That said, I only get in about 4-5 games a week, and most of those are on my day off.

The Full House formation they used it in the Alabama game last year. Its the first and only time I've seen Tennessee use it. They called it the "Bama Package" . The reason UT used it was so Bama's defense could not overload certain sides....basically it made them be balanced out. Also, it was supposed to help the TE and HB release quicker into passing routes.

Kind of goosy, honestly. We don't/didn't throw much to them, anyway. Obviously, looking at the score, it didn't work.

We could have forced them to balance out by using the "ace" formation, receivers to both sides and two tight ends. Personally, that's the way I'd prefer to balance out a defense.

Come on, it's as easy as Ron Powlus running the option.

Chop step, chop step, chop step, pitch.

Or more like ol' Ron:

Plod, plod, plod, pitch.:birgits_giggle:

yes, I miss having Schaffer for the option running. This year you can do it with Ainge, but you've GOT to cut up field with him ASAP

I'd have to say Ace Spread is my favorite formation.

Full House does stink- I recommend switching it with the Flexbone form; which can be nasty if used right.

What's with the HB draw out of shotgun being so freakin slow?!! I get nailed everytime i run that play. I've since switched to HB direct.
