Just finished watching the second half of the 04 Florida game on Youtube. (thanks to yankeefanintenn, you do excellent work.) This was a perfect way to spend a slow day at work on a Saturday in the middle of the summer. It pumped me up and made me even more excited for football season. I hope we can beat the Gators at home this year. The atmosphere will be awesome.

How bout the drive BS led when we took a 14 to seven lead? Just straight ahead running (maybe 1 pass). Blackledge sure got a kick out of it.

Of course I knew how the game turned out but the whole time I was yelling at the computer screen for them to tackle someone. All my coworkers were looking at me like I was crazy. I am ready for the atmosphere in Neyland to be like that again.

First Vols game for me where I could apprecaite what was happening and I becamse a Vol fan for life that night. It was absolutely electrifying, never had an experience like that before or since.

I was there. It was the first game my wife ever attended at Neyland. No game since has been as great. This season, there should be some games worth watching again.

I remember when wilhoit missed the p.a.t. to tie it @ 28- people flipped $hit. But the 50 or so yd fg to go ahead was ridiculous. Neyland exploded. If we don't beat uf this year, who knows when we will.

Its annoying this is the last team we beat Florida. I'm starting to know how Kentucky must of felt until last year.

I don't like to make predections but I will say that I have a good feeling about this year's Florida game. Which I haven't had in the past.

2004 was a long time ago. I think cokes at the stadium cost a nickel way back then and all gas stations were full service.

UT got really lucky on that gift call---but, I"ll take it. fla usually gets all the big calls in that series like that gaffney catch.

It is hard to quantify, but I don't know if I wanted anything in my life more than I want to beat Florida this September.
