Same, a proven product who might actually improve with another year. McDowell may have the higher ceiling, but his floor is pretty low, as evidenced by his year at UGA and Louisiana.

And you know he’s bought in and knows the system and all that. He’s a fit, he’s invested, etc. Not gonna have to worry about him bolting at some point or causing an issue if he doesn’t like his role and minutes, maybe causing locker room issues. Not saying McDowell would do those things, but always risk involved. Give me a guy that’s been here two seasons, has a Dad that’s a coach, and made two Elite 8’s. No brainer imo.

We're getting Darrion and every other eligible D-1 player, both domestic and foreign. Every school on our schedule will have to forfeit to us, since they won't have any players. March Madness will be a series of intra-squad scrimmages until we finally cut down the nets in April.

My heart literally can’t take this anymore. It’s become too much. I’ve been on a discord private channel for a bit. I took JFhoops’ news and brought it here. I guessed on some things, beating JF, and then acted as if it was my direct source. I like seeing Vol fans happy so I stole the stuff in the chat and twisted it to act like I was close to an insider to see Vol nation happy. I don’t even know who JF really is, but he’s not me. I’ll get off here now just because I can’t keep impersonating something I’m not. Once BTO entered the private discord chat and started investigating, I knew it was time to give up the facade.

Anyways…sorry for pretending to be something I wasn’t. Sorry to JF for stealing his scoops. I know it’s information yall want…but it’s not coming from my source…just a chat. Anything you need to know, I guess BTO is now in the discord so between his prior knowledge and JF’s knowledge, you all should get nuggets with them.

I’ll just stick to VQ now.
