It was awesome. My brother is in the Army and in Iraq on his first deployment. He’s been gone since November but will back mid-September. Just in time to watch the Vols with me every Saturday. It’s a special part of our relationship. I’m thankful for his service and everyone else’s in our military.

I couldn’t imagine the feeling of having a child born while you were away serving our country. He deserved that access and so much more. Pruitt giving him an open invite was great as well.

I really enjoyed it too. I started it and made it about halfway in, then started it over when my wife got home. When Admiral presented him with the flag, the room got a little dusty.

This is a new SEC Network program hosted by Laura Rutledge that premiered tonight with its pilot episode featuring a lifelong UT fan that’s deployed overseas. In the episode, he got to step on the field in Neyland and also got to meet Fulmer, Tee, Barnes, and Pruitt. It’s a really cool show and was awesome to watch.

Joshua Ricker is the fan’s name. As big as VN is, I bet someone on here knows him. I hope he knows that VN has his back and appreciates his sacrifices!

Edit: I’m usually good at seeing if there’s another thread. My mistake.

Watched it tonight. Great show. LR is a great host too. Perfect Southern woman and easy on the eyes.
