Listen I’ve always rolled my eyes at the conspiracy theories about “ESPN hates us” but I pulled up the front page and saw this: “Tennessee ‘knuckleball’ stuns Bama”.

Sounds like a backhanded compliment? It went through the uprights ok? Also GO DAMN VOLS.

Well, that kick did look ugly as sin in the air, but it worked.

Watch the replay. The two refs signal goog and start to walk towards the field but notice the fans pouring onto the field and they start running for the exit….it was funny.

I mean the title isn’t wrong. I don’t like ESPN either but this is kind of grasping at straws. It was a knuckleball kick and it did stun Alabama. They were on the verge of winning with a kick and then we ended up getting a GW kick after getting the ball back with 15 seconds.
