The Dark Overlord, Nick Saban, has also offered now. This kid has absolutely blown up, but the Vols were in on him early.

He got a Notre Dame offer today. That could be tough for them to overcome, but he is still tentatively scheduled to be in Knoxville in early-March.

Offers now include Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan and West Virginia to go along with Northwestern, Illinois and Tennessee. 24/7 Sports also now ranks him as a four-star.

This. The man seems to have connections everywhere. The experience he has had recruiting in the Carolinas undoubtedly stands out, but he has considerable experience in the Midwest, as well. Particularly in the Chicagoland area from his time with NIU. Getting this kid on campus sometime...
