Amayah Doyle was one of the top recruits of her class but seemed to get beat out by Clark (and others) for DP. Can Doyle become a consistent hitter next season? Seems like she has more power than Clark.

Dakota Kennedy (OF) from Arizona is rumored to enter the portal asap. Batted .444 this year and already following tennessee on socials.

Well hopefully we can take some of the rising sophomores and juniors that were mentioned and turn them into elite hitters. We saw it with Malveaux - give the new hitting coach and the approach a year. It may be much better next yesr.

And kudos to Gibson for an incredible four year career - someone who is arguably underrated in all time LVs. Nugent, Mealer, and Fiedler were also really nice additions the past couple of seasons!

Great season. After all we lost last year I wasn’t expecting a run to the semifinals. Not as much fight today after so many emotional games this week but the fight the team showed against Nebraska, and then again against Florida and UCLA was something I haven’t seen from a LV team in a while.

Just seem tired after all the games. Still got three outs.

Really really good game. Offensive approach went away for just a few innings but got it back at the end. Hopefully a lot of recruits seeing the LV’s pulling that out on ABC will work in our favor. Pannell was the player of the game. Need to back up the brinks truck to keep her.
