Jersey played under Kim Mulkey who runs her offense mainly through 3 players. Jersey has crazy talent and with the proper development...she could be a star!!

Sometimes players aren't in the right system or they don't get the proper development. Jersey is still TALENTED. You just stay on that side when Coach Kim Caldwell develops her properly.

Well here, she will play on the perimeter just like all Tennessee bigs do. DEVELOPMENT matters! The one thing I love about Coach Kim Caldwell and staff is they already PROVEN they can develop players like her...Example: Zee Spearman! If it's Jersey...I expect to see a night and day difference...

Coach Kim Caldwell doesn't have to change anything. If the players don't want to come then we don't need them. We aren't changing just for them! All we got to do is get the right pieces. The one's who want to be here.
