Seems obvious to me that you have the lessons to learn. Its not about winning and moving on, but about everybody doing their best for a common goal and getting better. Its also not about just accepting the established leadership just because of a winning or above-average record.

I am pleasantly surprised at our record this year, but considering everything since Coach Cutcliffe left for Ole Miss, I think it is obvious that UT's Offense has been on a painful decline. I blame Randy Sanders for that decline, not the players, because UT has more than its share of talent...

I'd get rid of Sanders... he's held us back for a while now.

After having mediocre seasons the past several years, I think it is high time for some coaching changes again. For a while now, I have felt that Randy Sanders needs to go, and now, I'm not so sure Chavis needs to stick around either. UT seems to be doing less with more talent each year...

I think he should stay,and I think Zook getting the boot had very little to do with his team's performance and more to do with politics and his behavior off-the-field.
