It is very simple but wrong none the less. You grossly overestimate Iowa being desireable for Pearl. The University still needs to show Pearl its committed that goes without saying but the practice facility was not the deal breaker in that discussion.

Not a chance unless you meant as a summer home and not trying to allude to actually coaching in Iowa again.
