We're supposed to be getting Brendan Loftus today (unfortunately), so that could possibly be why. May have wanted to be able to talk to Golden about if he has a spot. But that's just a guess. IMO, we need to not take Loftus' commitment and get rid of some of our other OL commits.

What? Yeah, playing VT at a neutral site would give you a better probability of winning. And that's a good idea for a big name game in the future. But recruits would rather take on Oregon and have a chance to take them down. Buying out a game that is already scheduled is just flat out...

They know their chances but they also know anything can happen. And they'll want to be underdog who took down a giant. Again, you don't tell your team "Yeah we're just going to buy this game out because you aren't good enough to compete." That's just flat out stupid.
