Roster mismanagement is the biggest gripe I have with the staff. We lost 8 defensive players in the portal after last year 6 were starters or contributors on good teams. We only brought one in. That was a huge problem this year. I’m sure most of that was them getting offers we weren’t willing...
There was loud “fire Ryan Day” after the Michigan game last year. A lot of people thought that might help us in that playoff game last year. The decline isn’t as obvious for the top dogs because they were at the top coming down.
