We're in a better spot going into this year than we were last year at every spot besides QB. And even that's roughly a wash bc we didn't know anything about Joey (and the guys we do have are more talented). I think the offense will be pretty damn good.

Judge the portal class based on what they do next year, not on rankings. The sites are even worse at ranking these guys than they are HS.

My guess is that its someone not in the portal yet based on what AP is saying - protects us from tampering accusations. If it was Dickens why would he not just say they're targeting Dickens? And I think we'd have heard about mutual interest by now.

Weathersby/Dye/Carter Gooden Hobbs/Robinson/Utley Smith/Gilliam/Campbell Coleman/Russaw/Jordan Carter Would look pretty good to me from a depth and talent standpoint. Took our lumps this year but it should pay off for Utley, Campbell, and Robinson this year.

Talented young guy we can develop and provide depth - not all portal guys have to start, you've gotta backfill the young guys who leave too. We only have 7 receivers on the roster.

I know it feels like we have no players right now but outside of a few programs I think everyone's in the same boat. This is the new normal.
