For the last 3 years OU is 13-2 (.867) in true road games. In the last 5 years they are 19-6 (.760). During that period they have wins at Baylor, at TCU, at Notre Dame and at Florida State all but TCU were double digit wins. Not a bad road record by anyone's standards.

Don't know how they will call it but I think as is the case with most non-conference games, excepting the Pac12, the visiting team's conference provides the officials. last year the SEC provided the refs.
