Neyland Stadium - Approximate View From Section Z14 Row 50 check out the link from Gridscape. These seats are above the visitors section (visitors are rows 1-16 of Z15). According to gridscape you might have a limited view of the jumbotron.

I would say stubhub is your safest bet (they have a reputation to uphold), ebay is safe too because the buyer is protected. The only site I worry about buying tickets off of is craigslist, there are alot of scammers on there.
