Umm, the head coach at UT "is" a Bammer right down to his liver. JP staying at UA to coach the playoffs is exponentially better than UT continuing to twist in the wind with pissy headlines about a futile coaching search, don't you think?

It's no longer a legal issue either. This is the best case scenario for UT, end the bad PR, go on record as not guilty and having done no wrong. Take this wake-up call to educate UT student-athletes and boost up the monitoring processes when issues like this occur. Now put this noise behind...

In the settlement UT admitted no wrongdoing, no illegal activity, and no negligence. The plaintiffs agreed to UT not guilty position. So what the hell would the NCAA have issues with? Are they going to investigate a case that is totally out of their jurisdiction and try to impose penalties...

Ummm --- 99.9% of Bama fans were tickled to have Nick Saban, $4mm salary and all. We had been through HELL for years and welcomed his lying ass with open arms. NO JOKE! Like I said in a previous post, there were players that did not "buy into" Saban's program. They were weeded out one way...

^^This^^ Saban's first yr at Bama was tough. We lost to freaking LaMo. And Dooley's analogies to WWII seem oddly familiar to Saban's analogies to 911 after that LaMo loss. We also had many players that refused to "buy in", and they hit the road for one reason or another. Hang in there...

What does your depth look like behind them? Who are their backups? Because they won't be able to play every snap.

A solid unit on Defense is really all any team can ask for from their D, right? IMO, we will lose at least one game this season strictly because of special teams.... We have NO experienced punter, kicker or return man.
