He is consistent - consistently inconsistent and consistently absent in the big games. That is what he is. He'll throw down some highlight film dunks against inferior competition or on a defensive lapse or as a part of a well-designed play; otherwise, his game is average at best.

Pitiful was an overstatement but I don't want him shooting in the clutch (not generally a worry as he'll pass it to a teammate with 3 seconds on the shot clock) and, no, he is not quick - quick first step but the ball usually doesn't accompany him if it requires a dribble - besides that first...
