Wife and I are Sec 39, row 6. We've been in Oregon for a few days now, lots of orange made the trip. I think UT will have a good turnout. Funny hiking a random trail and hearing someone yell "go vols"

My wife and I are making the trip and would also like to know of a bar/have a destination to where other Vol fans will be 'pre-gaming.' I know someone mentioned The Cooler off Club Road in another thread.

I'm in process of relocating to Knoxville for work and we're considering buying in the City View development on the river. Thought I'd see if by chance anyone on this board lives in or has friends/family in that building and how they like living there. Thanks for any feedback! Go Vols

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not sure what we (she) wants to do in PDX yet. I saw in a previous post you suggested the Sylvia Beach Hotel at Nye Beach. Is that one of the better places/beaches to stay at along the drive? I'll also have to make a note to remember The Cooler for pre-game!

Its going to be tight! We're flying in Wed., going out in PDX that night. Driving over/down and staying on the coast Thursday. Friday finish the drive to Eugene for a two night stay and the game. Then back to PDX Sunday and flying home Monday. So much to see and do in such little time. My wife...

Our trip is officially booked! Flying out of Knoxville on Wednesday, checking out Portland for a day, driving down the coast and staying at the Broadway Inn, Eugene on Friday and Saturday nights. Can't wait- Go Vols

I got mine through a season ticket holder and they were under the impression there is not a high demand. I would bet they will release some to the general public. Tickets also go on sale from U of Oregon in mid July.

C lot (think thats the name) on your left off Northside Drive before you get to the Congress Center. Very short walk to the Dome, plus it's one of a few "large" lots to tailgate in.
