the only way to stop these coaches from being scared off is to offer someone a ridiculous amount of money and they'll all say "well...I'll take that chance!" correct?

It's time to bring our guys home... Tee Martin,Jay Graham,Dale Jones,Marion Hobby,Randy Sanders,Kacey Rogers Plenty of VFL's Pay them all the money they deserve and let them coach!

By far the most accomplished coach in the country that is available. Period. Like it or not. Good recruiter too. Period. Don't love him,but fact is..records don't lie.

Either would be good hires. Mullen could have better resources and players which should turn into more wins. Schiano is tough,defensive and knows how the NFL operates. Both have HC experience which is more than any co ordinator
