Being reported on 247 that the holdup is due to Gruden's salary demands. Kevin Ryan reporting Gruden is demanding a salary high than Saban's.

Ok...another rumor, maybe legit...who knows. A coworker claims his wife grew up with Jon's wife, Cindy, and her family. According to my coworker, the gossip between the 2 women is that things are definitely happening and Gruden is looking at an offer to make him the highest paid coach in the NCAA.

Dan Wolken, while i question that particular tweet, is legit. He is a college football writer for USATODAY. Not saying he's right, but he does have valid sources
