The ability to transfer every year empowers their ability to negotiate on deals. It helps them reach fair market value.
I think ultimately, contracts are the next logical solution.
IMO NIL budgets should be roughly equal to coaching salaries.
Baylor’s staff combined salary is probably $8-$10M a year I’d guess.
Putting $1M of that budget toward a proven, All SEC Center sounds about right.

Similar to Tyreke Key he came in early part of the season and pre-season looking great and then hit a big wall.
But I see the potential and think he can really grow and get a lot better.
