Saban was the only one who owned Kirby. Now that Saban is gone, Kirby will just recruit guys that Bama would have gotten and just be that much more talented. It's pretty much Georgia's conference, and in some ways, the country. They will have more talent than anyone every year.

In 3 of the last 5 years Bama has been in the 100s of all college football teams in penalties per game, meaning they were penalized more than 100 other college football teams in those years.

In 2022, Alabama was 4th from the bottom of all 131 teams in penalties yards per game, meaning only 3 other teams were penalized more in all college football.

It isn't just 5 stars. Right now Georgia has 9 top 100 players on 247. TN has 1. Have to close that gap some.

The concerning part is that Georgia has 9 commits in the top 100 on 247 and will add more. Tn has 1. The talent gap needs to be much closer.

Suppose the Vols lose this game and win out. Georgia plays Bama in the SECCG and loses. Now you have 3 teams with one loss. You think they put 2 SEC teams in the playoffs? The SEC champion would go. The other would be interesting.
