The 4-team pods idea has been discussed a good bit, but this format seems like a scheduling nightmare.
Doubt they'll ever get rid of the 2-division format, but if they did, I'd like to see seven 2-team pods (long as there's 14 teams).
Good choice of spelling in this case. Cuts both ways.
ba·lo·ney
noun informal
1.
foolish or deceptive talk; nonsense.
"typical salesman's baloney"
2.
NORTH AMERICAN
variant of bologna.
Yeah, Williams is listed as CB but he looks like a safety all the way. I haven't seen a better instate CB or WR than Groves in this class so far. He already looks better than Van and CJ. First step, separation, ball skills...
I expect to see him climb up the rankings over the next 11 months.
Under rated IMO. He's a top 3 player in-state on either side of the ball. Better than Williams at corner, and potentially the best WR since Malone. JMO.
I get it, just saying I don't remember any player commenting about signing with UT because of Dooley. They signed because it's the University of Tennessee, and frankly most of them had no better options at the time.
Dooley was just the head man. Butch is a true leader. JMO.
My memory is different. Very few highly rated players seemed to trust Dooley. He even lost kids that grew up Vol fans.
For high profile players to put blind faith in CBJ says they see something special in him, IMO. They're willing to follow him regardless of who else goes. That's rare.
Innovation is what propels everything in our world, even evolution itself.
Think this is Butch's goal, improve and evolve HIS offense through innovation. Debord has vast football knowledge and experience, and has been described as an innovator.
Has anyone confirmed those tweets were actually from our Josh Smith?
I think I saw similar things tweeted by Vandy recruit Josh Smith, LB from Nashville couple days ago.
Edit> Nevermind just saw it.
