Hurd had a key block on the Pig Howard TD. He worked hard this offseason on his blocking and it will play a key role in the success of this offense. Very impressed with desire to do what it takes to win
Is this considered a Home game for the Vols or for UAB? Maybe part of the contract for when they came to Knoxville. WKU and UK do this where WKU goes to UK and plays and then UK comes to Nashville to play WKU and its considered a home game for WKU.
I live in Bowling Green, KY (WKU) and this team is better then people think and if we over look these kids they could come in and beat us. Andrews is a beast, their QB is a gun slinger and they have one of the top LBs and DBS in the country. Their weakness (D-line) plays well to our strength...
I am sure most of these kids are from the inner city schools where the U of M is big in their community and when you see more orange fans then you do blue in Memphis then I am sure you develop a dislike like for a school that takes fans away from your home town team.
I agree I live in KY and work with all UK grads and if we don't win it will be hard to go to work Monday. Either way I'm still proud to be aVol in UK country

Maybe it's just me but I think it's pretty important for our QB to know down and distance during a game. Our freshman may not know down and distance but they know how to laver and rinse.
