I accept 2023 as a legit Michigan win. Day and staff had been on notice for some time that UM was advance scouting and recording signs. Ample opportunity to implement new signals and negate whatever advantage Michigan exploited previous two years.
I would take a national championship over a win against Michigan, but it's close. Even if we somehow win the CFP this year (unlikely considering the patchwork O-line), most of us will still feel sick about that 10-13 debacle.
The offensive line is a huge problem after losing two of the three best starters. OSU doesn't have much depth there. Run blocking seems to be a bigger issue than pass blocking with the restructured line.
I would bet on Ohio State to win straight up, but the 9-pt spread looks generous.
