Kroger to go. Coincidentally, the wife started doing this around December/January due to a new baby. So we just continued to do it on through the pandemic. Although their mistakes and the popularity has certainly risen.

+ 1 lb. First recorded gain since I've been dieting over the past 10 weeks. I've started lifting again over the past couple of weeks so I hope its in relation to that. Diet has continued to be clean throughout the week with weekend cheating.

If you don’t mind me asking, was the plan and script for phentermine given due to health concerns? In other words, was this something the doctor told you you needed to do for health reasons, or did you approach this physician asking for help losing weight?

He's a cutie. My wife and I like the idea of getting a non-shedding dog so we can let it have free roam around the house. We've had a dog the entire time we've been together so its weird not having one now.

Down ~24 lbs in 6 weeks. My goal is 50 lbs to get me under 220 for the first time since high school. Finally off of nights after 6 weeks, so I wonder how this is going to affect things.
