So we all know ut is never going to pay the money for a elite coach so why go through the growing pains of another coaching change. We need stability at this point expecially when this team is improving. Maybe not as quickly as we all hoped for but this team is way better than the experiment...

Don't think Peyton would be head coach but I wouldn't be opposed to him being qb coach or oc

This team is way better now than 3 years ago. Give him one more year then we can talk about change.
