Yes, there will be many who try to put lipstick on this pig but the fact is it is a horrible hire. Bama has Saban, Florida has Meyer, heck even Arkansas has Petrino and we have Dooley. Unacceptable.

Well he has won in the SEC unlike some of the other names we are hearing. I don't necessarily want Nutt but I would take him over some of the others being rumored.

I agree. If we save the recruiting class and bring in the wrong guy, it won't matter. We need to take our time and hire the right person. Recruiting will take care of itself.

With all these different posts naming everyone from Bear Bryant to Bill Parcells we look like idiots to opposing fans who come here to see what is going on. The lack of real information and all the misinformation is rediculous. 1,000 rumor posts do not help anything.

Why not Houston Nutt. If he can win at Arkansas and Ole Miss just think what he could do at Tennessee. He would bring instant excitement.
