if Miami and Tennessee could have matched up in the 2001 title game, it would have been, by far, the most NFL talent to ever set foot on a field in CFB history.
i don't think you will see much of Malik at DE, if at all. he has not run at DE any in practice that i know of.
i think they see Couch, right now, as the backup NT to Hood.
i really think our 2 deep of Malik, Hood, Couch, and Miller could be decent. not great by any means, but adequate which would mean it's alot better than last year's.
he has a big frame to add weight and is an excellent defender. alot of people say he is already a better defender than a WR regardless of what a recruiting website thinks.
pretty much every team that recruited him knew he could excel at either and were basically just wanting him as an ATH and...
this is correct.
i do not know if they recruited him as a WR or a DB or just an ATH, but i do think the staff prefers Bowles (as of now) at Safety.
this offer only strengthens my belief in that with the way we look for Patterson and Croom.
i dunno if he will be starting cuz apparently Dooley loves Hood, but he will be in the 2 deep.
DTs usually don't play many consecutive snaps. that's why it's so important to have a good rotation there.
