Again, they don't have to worry about class after this. The school will most likely throw them off campus. Plus there is always the whole "you're looking at 3-12 years in prison" thing that plays into that as well.

That doesn't matter either. Four guys in a car at a gas station isn't something that they shouldn't be doing - they could have stopped for gas or a snack, been out clubbing/bar hoping, etc. Until other information comes to light, they were innocent victims at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

Why are people so obsessed over the PELLET GUN aspect? IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THEY USED! If they used it in the commission of a felony, the law treats it as if its real thing - since the victims were threatened with it and it mimics the appearance of a real firearm.

The law makes no distinction whatsoever between a CO2 pellet gun, toy gun, or a real gun in the commission of a felony. PERIOD.

According to the WATE report I saw, they placed all three at the scene. One with the gun at the drivers side, one on the passenger side collecting money, and the third coming up and saying "we need to go now", with the driver still in the Prius. That looks pretty damning...

If all three were charged - then most likely they were all three present when the incident occurred. In cases like this, if a person is present at the scene of the arrest but can't be confirmed that they were at the scene of the crime, they will be taken in for questioning - NOT...

I completely agree with your assessment. Richardson was a ticking timebomb just waiting to pull something stupid like this. Jackson has displayed much the same attitude. It was only a matter of time.
