Like the scouting report said, he runs too high, but that can be fixed with coaching. Still a great pick-up for the Vols. If he doesn't make the RB rotation, I could definitely see this kid being molded in to an H-back (assuming he has good hands), or LB.

Seems to me, the fullback role is almost always filled from a position change or a walk-on. Fullback is a fading position in football with formation shifts and the emergence of the H-back. You see it in the NFL all the time. A two-TE set can easily be manipulated in to the I-formation.
