We all know it's going to come down to the staff CDD has put together. The individual work is what makes players who they are. They're technique and performance lies on the position coaches. The attitude and drive is the HC's job. Practice format and game planning is where I hope CDD excells!

I want to say kids will be kids. BUT, when they take a scholly they should know and be told that they now are public figures and every action will be noted. BUT kids will be kids.
