I posted in the JJ thread that just because we have JJ (future DB/LB, IMHO) and QD, we'd still recruit the heck out of TG. Some folks disagreed. I'm glad to see us still pushing for TG. Let them all battle it out and may the best QB win.

Practice yes. But to go from "he won't play QB, he'll be a safety" to "Screw TG, we've got Jennings as our QB of the future" based on a few non-game situation performances? That's a stretch.

I think he's a great athlete that can project at several positions. But I think this was more of a "we'll give you a shot at quarterback" than "you're our QB this class"

Watched him play what? Some skeletons and a spring scrimmage? Somehow, in the span of 30 days or so, Jennings went from future safety/linebacker to Quarterback who is so good we can shut down QB recruiting - without even playing in a game.
