I was hoping to make the trip to Neyland but a business trip conflicted. The renovations look really good and I would love to experience a game there in that atmosphere with what seems to be for the most part classy fans. Hopefully the 2 teams will do another home and home series in the future...
I agree, Oregon actually for probably the first time ever has plenty of depth and probably the best talent ever, which could be a deciding factor in this game. What I find crazy though is looking at the history between the 2 schools (the fact Oregon is not a powerhouse and has only one BCS win...
WOW, 13.5 is really high. It is possible that Oregon wins by a couple of TD's or more but it is possible for Tennessee to do the same. Whatever the formula is for deciding favorites seems a little flawed in this case. I think it will be a lot closer than 13 points either way.
It will be much more difficult for Cliff Harris or Kenjon Barner to break big runs on a team with a pulse so I don't see that as being a problem for Tennessee.

From all accounts this is supposed to be the best D the Ducks have ever had...... which is not saying a lot since we have not really ever had a great D. The Ducks are not big but they are tall on the line, the linebackers and secondary are fast and we have depth there. The Ducks are usually...
Yes Oregon runs a high tempo offense and has some fast athletic players but playing against a team with talent in front of over 100K fans is a lot different than playing at home against a terrible New Mexico team. I think it is going to be a lot closer than many people think. I am actually a bit...
