Is Rice deal completely dead? Has he signed? Just wondering if they are still trying to get him to reconsider. Someone posted an instagram snap of comments of him indicating the decision was heartbreaking (if I’m reading kid speak correctly).

I wanted him mostly for the chemistry with Gillespie and the tournament experience. Oh well. CRB will figure it out. That I have no doubt.

Well if these big money donors are willing to pony up them we shouldn’t worry about being outbid. It’s funny how we all of the sudden have the supposed money and backing when it’s the 11th hour but we didn’t have it back during the recruiting and early portal stages for players like keys...

Probably read this thread and saw half of the posters weren’t impressed with him. Decided to move on before it got more miserable.

I would imagine we have to be careful how we go about adding a QB. The world is behind us now, but it’s inevitable that stories (true or not) will come out about how we tampered with whomever we pickup. We don’t want to become the hypocrite over night.

There’s been speculation we would add another WR and it’s potentially a splash transfer. Any truth to this or are we happy with our WR room and are just looking for depth? OL and DL also mentioned.
