Yeah. I'll bet several of us have worked around systems where someone has ****ed up and crashed it. So just hearing that raises flags. Access to payroll systems, specifically, was guarded like Fort Knox.

Admin vs read only access to a critical softwate system is risky. Wanting caution there does not mean one is against the larger effort to identify and eliminate fraud. We might be jumping to some incorrect conclusions.
